OMS IRELAND MISSIONARIES
OMS MINISTRY FUNDS
In addition to supporting our missionaries serving in Ireland, the following are Ministry Funds you can prayerfully consider supporting.
Ireland Workers Fund - Fund 312
The Ireland Workers Fund finances training, pastoral care and other support mechanisms for national workers/leaders who are OMS Partners or who are collaborating with OMS in outreach, discipleship and/or Church Planting initiatives. It also helps to recruit national workers. In addition when and where required this fund will supplement income for OMS Ireland Partners.
“In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.” 1 Corinthians 9:14

Into Every Irish Community 4 Christ - Fund 311
The Into Every Irish Community 4 Christ Fund currently supports an Initiative in N Ireland. To date 500,000 Gospel booklets has been sent into homes with the potential of reaching 1.25 million residents. Those who so request further information are sent a Bible plus John Blanchard’s Ultimate Questions Booklet. As God provides it is the intention to print a further 300,000 booklets for distribution in 2018. This will mean that each home in N Ireland will have received a piece of Gospel literature over a three year period. In addition to this 240 people have agreed to pray for each electoral Ward in N Ireland throughout this initiative. Beyond this there will other initiatives to reach Irish people and communities with the Gospel. Each Gospel leaflet plus postage plus follow-up material costs approximately 12p/Home: £12 reaches 100 homes with potential 250 residents. £120 reaches 1,000 homes with potentially 2,500 residents, £1,200 reaches 10,000 homes with potentially 25,000 residents and £12,000 reaches 100,000 homes with potentially 250,000 residents. These Gospel booklets are saturated with God’s Word. We stand on the following two promises from God’s Word as we move forward with this initiative:
“Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.” Ecclesiastes 11:1
“ For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." Isaiah 55:10-11
